Pasture Raised
The benefits of our cattle are endless but here is the short version:
- Pasture fed
- Free range
- Ethically & humanely treated
- Sustainably raised
- Zero hormones/Antibiotics
Be aware that grass fed cows are not necessarily free range. Your grass fed cow can still come from a feed lot, living in a stall for it's entire life, fed only hay. BUT! Because our kiddos get to roam the pasture, occasionally there is a treat, a bit of corn or a nice mineral block, out there awaiting them. Their diet is 95% green pasture and a bale or two of hay in the winter months if needed.
